About the job
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success – Mobile App to support our growing portfolio of clients, primarily in the home care sector. This role is critical in ensuring clients maximize the value of our mobile app through strategic engagement, performance insights, and hands-on support. You will be the main point of contact for approximately 50 clients, driving adoption, optimizing app usage, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of ~50 clients.
- Conduct monthly forward-facing calls with each client (up to 2 hours per client/month).
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
App Usage Review & Analytics
- Regularly review and analyze client app performance metrics.
- Document findings and action plans in HubSpot.
- Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to improve app adoption, engagement, and ROI.
Content Management & Engagement
- Update and manage app content on behalf of clients.
- Propose creative and strategic content ideas to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure app content aligns with their goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the technology or mobile app industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, HubSpot, and similar tools is a strong plus.
- A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and passion for delivering value.
