About the job

We are in urgent need of someone to help us drive enrollment, strengthen family connections, and expand community impact. This role is central to the growth of our gymnastics academy, school-age child care programs, and nonprofit initiatives. The Community Engagement & Enrollment Coordinator will be supporting marketing, sales outreach, retention efforts, fundraising and sponsorships, scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks. This position also provides executive administrative support to the Operating Director, making it a highly visible and trusted role that keeps the organization moving forward.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for gymnastics programs, school-age child care, and other academy offerings
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and community-based channels
  • Build retention through proactive communication with families and participants
  • Conduct outreach, including sales follow-ups, enrollment support, sponsorship development, and fundraising initiatives
  • Manage social media accounts, website updates, and create engaging content and collateral
  • Provide scheduling support, ensuring students, families, and staff are coordinated efficiently
  • Assist in nonprofit initiatives, including fundraising, sponsorships, and community engagement activities
  • Handle administrative and executive-level support for the Operating Director, including correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and other tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to align daily activities with long-term growth goals

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, communications, sales, and administrative support (nonprofit or academy experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail
  • Comfort with outreach, enrollment, and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and website management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to support executives or leadership teams with administrative tasks
  • Passion for youth programs, athletics, and community-focused initiatives
