Role Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our US-based clients, ensuring smooth coordination between Talent, Sales, and Service teams while providing delightful customer experiences. Ideal for freshers and early-career Gen-Z professionals passionate about communication and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to products or services
Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolutions
Maintain accurate communication logs and follow-ups
Deliver consistent customer satisfaction and feedback tracking
Work with 50% overlap to US business hours
Skills & Experience
0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome!)
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first attitude with proactive problem-solving
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (a plus)
Adaptable to remote work and global collaboration
