We are seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded digital marketing specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing brand presence, improving audience engagement, and supporting client business growth through tailored marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business and client objectives.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and digital advertising.
Establish KPIs and use analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and sales) to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Social Media & Content Creation
Oversee and grow social media presence across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube).
Develop engaging content—including graphics, videos, blogs, and interactive posts—aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
Use scheduling and analytics tools to track performance and audience engagement.
Coordinate community management and audience interaction to build brand loyalty and visibility.
Email Marketing & Automation
Create and manage email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
Implement segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows (welcome sequences, nurture flows, and drip campaigns).
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, design, and calls-to-action to improve key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion).
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve organic search visibility.
Optimize on-page content, metadata, and site architecture for search engine performance.
Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
Track and report on keyword rankings, backlinks, and traffic growth using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Digital Media Design & Branding
Design visually compelling digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, banners, and web visuals.
Create motion graphics and multimedia content for promotional campaigns and ads.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client guidelines.
Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to optimize digital interfaces and user experiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Present regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Use AI-driven and automation tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and conversion optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in campaign management, content creation, SEO, and design.
Proficiency with tools such as
Marketing & Analytics: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
Email & Automation: Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, data-driven marketing, and UX/UI design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
