Watson Institute Impact Fellowships are designed to empower and accelerate the ventures and careers of highly promising, historically disenfranchised rising entrepreneurs and leaders.
These fully funded fellowships are offered in collaboration with prominent corporations and foundations, providing comprehensive support and training to help fellows make a meaningful impact in their communities.
The Impact Fellowship offers:
Powerful Mentorship & Networking
Committed mentors, including business leaders, venture capitalists, and enterprise executives, guide fellows through their entrepreneurial journeys, offering personalized support and expertise. Fellows join a vibrant community of peers, mentors, and opportunities worldwide. Mentorship engagements include the Preceptor Advisory Board, Impact Speaker Series, and Mentor Bonanza.
Entrepreneurship and leadership training
Award-winning training programs equip fellows with essential skills to lead ventures addressing significant social, environmental, and economic challenges. Our practical entrepreneurial and leadership workshops include Team Management for Impactful Organizations, Data & Metrics, Marketing & Personal Branding, and Impact Focused Sales.
Venture Development Stipend
Fellows who showcase engagement and dedication throughout the program will have the chance to win a Venture Development Stipend to grow their local projects and initiatives.
Life-long Alumni Community
All Fellows gain access to long-term, customized alumni support after completion of the Fellowships. Programming includes mentorship, curated introductions and opportunities, an active online community, and continued access to Watson Institute team members.
