Inspire Her Afrika is an annual four-months (July -October) comprehensive mentorship program dedicated to empowering Early-career African women by providing them with personalized guidance and support.
Their goal is to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career prospects through meaningful mentorship connections. They typically begin their mentorship program with a one-month digital bootcamp to help you!
Their program facilitates one-on-one connections between experienced mentors and ambitious mentees, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
The best part is the mentorship pairs—each mentee gets a mentor.
It’s like having a friend who has been there, done that, and is ready to help you. The program operates on the premise that mentorship is a two-way exchange, where mentors find fulfilment in guiding, and mentees unearth their potential.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a National of any African country
- Must have at least an undergraduate degree
- Have 0-3 years working experience
- Must be between 18 – 29 years.
- Willingness to commit at least 4 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
- Access to internet connection and preferably a laptop.
- Must be resident in an African country.
