Opportunity Description

The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day management of restaurant operations across the group, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role also provides administrative, HR, financial, and marketing support to enhance business performance and team effectiveness.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations across restaurant locations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and support process enhancements.
  • Help implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure business objectives, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements are met.

 

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for HR and accounting documents.
  • Support coordination of company meetings, events, and activities.

 

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment processes including interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records such as personal information, attendance, and performance data.
  • Support HR programs, training, employee engagement activities, and benefits administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff queries while maintaining confidentiality.

 

Finance Support

  • Assist with financial recordkeeping, including invoices, expense reports, and reconciliations.
  • Support payroll preparation in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Track company expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist with financial reporting and audits by providing necessary documentation.

 

Marketing Support

  • Help coordinate marketing activities for SKCookks, TheBodegaBySK, and ThePatioBySK.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining promotional and social media content calendars.
  • Support website content updates and liaise with creative partners or agencies for marketing materials.
  • Contribute to execution of promotional programs and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
