Nodescale is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, grow our digital community, and drive meaningful engagement across all major platforms.
The ideal candidate understands brand storytelling, trends, analytics, and audience behavior and can turn content into measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, graphics, videos, and stories) across multiple social platforms.
- Manage and grow online communities while fostering authentic engagement.
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to improve content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Run paid social campaigns and monitor performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns.
- Basic design or video editing abilities (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
