Role Summary of the Tech Sales Executive at Cybergon Limited
- The Tech Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, converting potential clients and meeting meeting targets weekly.
- This role focuses on promoting Cybergon’s services, training modules, and compliance solutions to a diverse client base.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in tech sales.
Key Responsibilities of the Tech Sales Executive at Cybergon Limited
- Outbound calling: Making proactive sales calls to potential customers.
- Product knowledge: Clearly explaining products or services, their features, benefits, and prices.
- Field Sales- Meeting with clients to negotiate, present and close deals.
- Customer interaction: Answering incoming calls, addressing customer questions, handling complaints, and building rapport.
- Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the sales team.
- Sales and persuasion: Using persuasive techniques and sales pitches to convince prospects to purchase products or services.
- Data entry: Accurately recording customer information, personal details, and call outcomes in a database or CRM.
- Target achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and other commercial or promotional outcomes.
- Follow-up: Following up with previous customers to promote new offers or generate repeat business.
- Making presentations and creating service awareness online and offline.
Liaising with other departments. - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations of Cybergon’s cybersecurity services and training modules.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and the market to inform product development and improve service offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment on sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, products, and industry standards to provide informed solutions to clients.

- Sale, create and submit proposals, follow-up, making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services, presentations generating leads, and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, English, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in tech sales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of tech products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Technical certifications in cybersecurity or IT (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience with SaaS sales models and subscription-based services.
