We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support outreach, content, and admin activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, confident with communication, and experienced in managing outreach or lead generation tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Virtual Assistant at HR on Wheels
- Research and reach out to co-working spaces, associations, and event hosts for guest speaking opportunities.
- Identify and message 10–15 potential coaching leads daily; track and schedule calls with interested prospects.
- Maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet for tracking outreach and follow-ups.
- Edit and schedule video content for social media platforms.
- Create simple case studies and presentation slides using Canva or similar tools.
Requirements
- Experience in outreach, lead generation, or admin support.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to use Canva, video editing, and tracking tools.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to training and feedback.
