Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong skills in social media management and data entry. Key Responsibilities
1. Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
- Handle basic research, document preparation, and file organization.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.
- Assist with content ideas, branding consistency, and campaign execution.
3. Data Entry & Database Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases.
- Conduct data cleanup, validation, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Requirements
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and reporting tools
