Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities, challenges, and insights for strategy development.
- Content Creation: Craft high-quality content like blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters that resonate with target audiences.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to grow engagement.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop email marketing strategies to nurture leads, promote services, and drive conversions.
- Performance Monitoring: Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools to track performance metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative departments to ensure marketing alignment and maximize impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend improvements for optimization.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns and optimizing them for engagement and conversions.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Content Creation: Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Marketo.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
