Remote Personal Assistant at E-Commerce Saas
SaaS e-commerce platform is an e-commerce software delivered as a cloud-based system that can be accessed through all types of web browsers.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume email inbox
- Handling all aspects of business travel booking and logistics.
- Executing time-sensitive administrative tasks and personal errands.
- Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintaining financial documents and records.
- Following up with team members to tasks get completed.
Location: Remote
Salary: $800/month
Job Requirements
- Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
- 2+ Years of experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant for a business owner or CEO who lives in the USA.
- Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, & Google Calendar
- Available to work US PST business hours (9am – 6pm PST, Monday – Saturday)
Additional plus
- Experience in working with a saas company
- Experience in selling on Amazon or Walmart
