About the Role
- We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects within our innovative cloud solutions.
- You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects and tasks, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities of the Remote Project Manager at VEXXHOST
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Keep track of all issues raised by clients for our cloud solutions and take ownerships until issues are resolved.
- Assign work to different teams
- Lead daily meetings to ensure issues are on track to be resolved.
- Inform management of any delays in fixing issues.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Lead projects from requirements through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Be able to work with other departments such as account management, support, engineers, management, etc.
- Measure project performance using systems, tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project management plan.
Qualifications
- Experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools.
